Refund Policy

JSASOnline.com would like to help ensure that you have an outstanding purchasing experience with us.  Please familiarize yourself with our refund policy described below.  Additionally, always confirm that the products you have selected are compatible with your device and/or operating system.  If a free trial or demo is available, please consider trying the software before buying in order to experience it first hand and ensure that it meets your needs and expectations.

First you should submit a JSASOnline.com Refund Request (by clicking on this link and entering your purchase email address and order number).  Please note that if you have had prior contact with JSASOnline.com Customer Care and have an incident tracking number on record, you are not required to complete the JSASOnline.com Refund Request form.

If your initial JSASOnline.com Customer Care or refund request was received by us within 30 days of your original purchase date, you used or attempted to use the application for its intended purpose and we have been unable to resolve your request within 10 business days of receipt of your request, then we may (in our sole discretion), issue you a refund for the full product purchase price if you experienced one or more of the following issues:

  • The software was not delivered (electronically). 
  • The software download failed.   
  • The software is not compatible with the device.   
  • The software would not install on the device. 
  • We fail to provide support within 2 weeks of the Incident  
  • The software has been proven defective by either JSASOnline.com
  • JSASOnline.com has billed your account in error.

We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for:

  • Software that is no longer compatible with your device/pc/operating system due to a device replacement/pc upgrade/operating system upgrade.
    Note:JSASOnline.com is not responsible for refunding previously purchased software or replacing with compatible versions for any replacement or new device/pc/operating system you have obtained.  
  • Promotion code discounts not entered during the purchase process.
  • Subscription services.
    Note: Because subscriptions are prepaid for a period of service, JSASOnline.com is unable to issue refunds for these products.  If you no longer wish to continue your subscription service you may cancel it through your JSASOnline.com Member Account and Paypal Account.  Your service will remain active through the current paid cycle and cancel on your renewal date. You will no longer be billed for future cycles of cancelled subscriptions.
    • HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE THROUGH PAYPAL:
      You can cancel a JSASOnline.com subscription from within your PayPal transaction history page. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment.
      Instructions:
      1. Log in to your PayPal account at http://www.paypal.com
      2. Click on the History subtab at the top of the screen.
      3. Click on the Status of the subscription in question (you may use the History search features to locate your transaction - cancel TheSmartDesign/JSASOnline.com subscription)
      4. Click Cancel Subscription.
      5. Click Cancel Subscription again to verify.
      6. This should cancel your subscription to JSASOnine.com
  • Application purchases occurring more than 30 days prior to JSASOnline.com Customer Care’s receipt of your initial request regarding such application.    

Please note that a refund request does not guarantee a refund.  JSASOnline.com Customer Care will make every reasonable attempt to resolve your request in accordance with this policy before any refund request is considered.

All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.  By receipt of a refund, the purchaser agrees to remove and delete the software, all of its components, any registration codes, and fully downloaded versions from the device and/or computer.  All refunds are final and shall serve as the sole remedy for any claims relating to the purchase, download, use or inability to use the JSASOnline.com software application(s), unless such limitation is otherwise prohibited by law.

In a few jurisdictions, certain terms of this Refund Policy may not be applicable.  In such instances, JSASOnline.com reserves the right to modify the terms of this Policy as necessary to comply with applicable laws and/or regulations
